Commercial Junk Removal in Chamblee
We haul out the desks, cubicle panels, shelving, fixtures and dead electronics that build up in offices, shops and warehouses. You get a straight price based on volume and access, a crew that works around your staff, and a cleared, swept space when we leave.

What commercial junk removal covers
Commercial jobs differ from residential ones in three practical ways: the items are heavier and bolted together, access runs through loading docks, elevators and shared hallways, and the work usually has to fit around a business that is still open. We plan for all of that before the truck arrives.
Typical calls come from office managers closing out a lease, retailers swapping fixtures, restaurant owners replacing tables and booths, and property managers clearing a unit a tenant left behind. If the job is mostly drywall, tile or framing from a build-out, our Construction Debris page explains how we price that heavier material.
We serve businesses in Chamblee and nearby towns such as Doraville, Dunwoody and Peachtree Corners.
What we remove and how
Office furniture and cubicles
Desks, filing cabinets, conference tables and task chairs. Cubicle systems come apart at the panel connectors and worksurface brackets, so we bring drivers and hex keys and break them down on site instead of forcing whole runs through a doorway.
Retail fixtures and shelving
Gondola shelving, slatwall, display cases and checkout counters. Glass cases are emptied and handled flat so tempered panels do not shatter in a hallway.
Old electronics and office equipment
Dead monitors, computer towers, copy machines, printers and rack-mounted server gear. On the call we explain how each kind is handled. Please wipe or remove hard drives beforehand, because the data on them stays your responsibility.
Warehouse and back-room clutter
Broken pallets, steel shelving, old inventory, packing material and damaged stock. Pallet racking uprights and beams are unpinned and stacked before loading.
Restaurant and break-room items
Booths, tables, stools and break-room appliances. Units that hold refrigerant, such as reach-in coolers, get their own line on the quote; our Appliance Removal page covers why.
Sweep-out after the haul
Once the space is empty we sweep the floor and pick up screws, ceiling clips and debris left where furniture stood.
Signs it is time to call us
Your move-out date is on the calendar
Landlords usually expect a vacated commercial space to be emptied and broom-clean at handover. Furniture or fixtures still sitting there that day can come back to you as a deposit deduction or a cleanup bill.
Storage rooms have become dead space
When a back room holds broken chairs and outdated equipment instead of usable stock, you are paying rent on junk.
A remodel or fixture change is scheduled
The old counters and shelving sit exactly where the new ones are going. Getting them out ahead of install day lets your installers start on a bare floor instead of working around stacks.
Equipment is past repair
Copiers, monitors and printers that no longer work pile up because they cannot go in a regular bin. Haul them out in one trip.
A tenant left a unit full
Property managers often inherit furniture, files and trash after a move-out. We clear it so the unit can be shown and turned over.
How a commercial job runs
- 1
The phone call
Tell us what is going, roughly how much, and how we get to it: ground floor, elevator or stairs, dock or front door. For a clear load we can usually give you a price on the call.
- 2
On-site look for larger jobs
For full-floor clearouts or mixed loads we offer free, no-obligation on-site estimates. We count pieces, note what needs disassembly, and check elevator size and dock height.
- 3
Scheduling around your business
Same-day and next-day service available. If your building limits moving to certain hours or needs elevator padding reserved, tell us and we plan for it.
- 4
Protection, breakdown and loading
Elevator cabs and door frames get padding before the first piece moves. Bulky items are unbolted into parts two people can carry, and we load in a sequence that leaves corridors open for your staff and the other tenants.
- 5
Cleanup and final check
We sweep the cleared area and walk it with you so nothing you meant to keep leaves on the truck.
What moves the price
We price by how much space your load takes in the truck, adjusted for weight and labor. Our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees, and each line of the quote spells out what it covers before any work starts.
- Volume
- The main driver. A few desks take a small share of the truck; a full office floor may take several loads.
- Weight and density
- Paper files, steel shelving and solid-core doors weigh far more than their size suggests, and heavy loads cost more to dispose of.
- Access and carry distance
- A ground-floor dock is quick. Upper floors, small elevators, stairs and long carries through shared corridors add labor time.
- Disassembly
- Cubicle systems, pallet racking and built-in counters take time to unbolt. Pieces that roll out whole cost less.
- Special items
- Refrigerant-holding units, large copiers and some electronics need separate handling, which we list as their own line.
Commercial junk removal questions
Something not covered here? (404) 383-9607
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes, within reason. Tell us when your building allows moves and when your staff or customers are present, and we will plan the timing and the loading path to keep disruption low.
Do we need to empty desks and file cabinets first?
Please do. Pull any documents, keys and personal items you want to keep. We haul what is there, so anything left in a drawer leaves with the furniture.
Will you take old computers and copiers?
Yes. Wipe or remove hard drives before pickup, since securing that data is your responsibility. Large copiers may need two crew members and a dolly, which we account for in the quote.
Our building has a freight elevator and a dock. Does that lower the cost?
Often it does. Good access means less carrying time, and labor is a real part of the price. Mention the dock and elevator on the call so we can factor them in.
Do you handle tenant move-out clearouts for property managers?
Yes. We clear abandoned furniture, trash and fixtures so the unit is ready for cleaning and showing. If there are items you are required to hold for the former tenant, mark them and we leave them in place.
